If you feel like you’re struggling to get your head round the overwhelming choices beyond school, research and early planning is key. This is where open days come in. Our tips from expert staff and alumni will help you through the maze and make things clear. Any path you take will offer opportunities to you, so open day is a good chance to be open to them!
Whether you’re embarking on an apprenticeship or working towards a university degree course, we’ll tell you what you need to do to achieve your life goals and make decisions that suit you. We specialise in subject areas that will lead to successful career outcomes.
Future
If you want to travel, perform on stage, fix cars, or work with people, animals or children in your future, or even if you see yourself as a football league champion, we can offer you bespoke career advice – plus you can chat to our current and past students about their personal experience on our courses.
A high percentage of our graduates each year go off to work or are successful candidates for apprenticeships in various industries and sectors from engineering to healthcare. Our teaching staff have also worked extensively in your chosen field, so they can give you valuable advice and help guide your decisions.
Buzz
An open day at Sandwell College is massively motivating and allows you to explore the campus further, meet with the leadership team and see the classrooms, workshops and studios where teaching takes place, as well as getting a feel for the buzz of the college.
For the ultimate student experience, book in advance to save time on the day, or walk in at any time between 4 and 7pm on Wednesday 18 January 2023, or 11am and 3pm on Saturday 21 January 2023, and register there and then. Parents are more than welcome to come too.
