T Levels are new two-year, Level 3 study programmes that will follow the study of GCSEs and offer an attractive alternative to A Levels and Apprenticeships. T Levels combine classroom theory, practical learning and a minimum of 315 hours of industry placement with an employer to make sure you have real experience of the workplace. During the two-year programme, you will learn the core knowledge that underpins each industry and develop skills that will allow you to enter skilled employment within a specific occupation. The T Level programmes have been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses so the content will meet the needs of the industry and prepare you for work in the field of Media, Broadcast and Production. They provide the knowledge and experience needed to open the door to highly skilled employment, an Apprenticeship or higher-level study, including university. An exclusive package is available to T Level learners: free travel, free laptop, industry-related equipment and resources, trips, guest speakers, welfare, mentoring and pastoral support. English, Maths and Digital Skills are integrated within the course to ensure you leave college with the relevant skills needed to succeed and progress in your career.

Employer-Set Project
You will complete a creative industry project brief, culminating in a substantial piece of work, in which you will develop, apply and demonstrate the following skills:

As part of the Media, Broadcast and Production T Level qualification, you will specialise in Content Creation Production, where you will develop technical, practical and vocational skills, training to become competent and confident within your chosen occupation.
Performance Outcomes:
1. Generate ideas for content development for different platforms
2. Plan the production of the required content for different platforms (including moving/still image, audio and written)
3. Create and deliver the required content for the chosen platforms and/or venues, co-ordinating with others where appropriate
4. Evaluate the extent to which the content and plan meet objectives taking on board feedback
Extended Work Placement
You will apply practical skills within real-world employment settings by completing a minimum of 315 hours (45 days) extended work placement with an employer. Content Creation Production specialists will complete an extended work placement at a business or organisation in a relevant role to their preferred occupation:
