You must have gained at least a Level 5 CMI Diploma in Management and Leadership/Management Mentoring or Coaching or equivalent qualification (e.g. HND/FdA/BA/BSc in Management) or a CIPD Level 5 Qualification in Human Resource Management/ Organisational Development or equivalent qualification (e.g. HND/Fda/BA/BSC in HRM) HOWEVER, we are able to take into account your level of managerial experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
Whilst on this Level 5 Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice course, you will be given FREE professional membership of the CMI, which includes access to a range of CMI products and services to support you throughout the qualification and later as you progress in your career.
Each unit is assessed by one written assignment of approximately 3,000 - 3,500 words.
On successful completion of this Level 5 Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice, you may choose to pursue other CMI Level 7 qualifications – e.g. the CMI Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership.
