The ability to mentor others effectively is a highly sought after workplace skill. Organisations use mentoring to enhance their employees’ skills and performance by leveraging the knowledge, skills and expertise of high-performing individuals.
This course is designed for current or future mentors, aiming to help them develop their mentoring abilities.
During the course, participants will learn about; mentoring principles, the connection between mentoring and coaching and how management and leadership concepts can support mentoring practice. Ultimately, the course equips learners with the ability to provide empowering mentoring interventions, that enable their mentees to reach their full potential and work towards meaningful goals in their roles.
