This Level 2 Award in Mentoring course is for those who currently work as a mentor, those who are interested in becoming a mentor or those who support others in some capacity.
Through the course, you will:
- Gain insight into the role and practice of mentorship
- Develop clarity about mentor/mentee relationships
- Understand and develop good practice
- Develop the specific skills and understanding needed to become a mentor
- Understand the benefits of mentoring and understand some of the legal and ethical mentoring requirements.
