Travel & Hospitality students from Sandwell College got a behind-the-scenes insight into what a Butlin’s career could be like for them.
Learners joined the recruitment team at Butlin’s largest resort in Minehead for an interactive careers workshop.
After participating in an informative interview workshop, our students competed in a very energetic scavenger hunt around the Somerset resort which boasts seafront apartments, lake chalets, a traditional fairground, swimming pool, four entertainment venues, pubs, restaurants, and activities galore.
Butlin’s said: “We have loved having Sandwell College here at Butlins Minehead today. We gave the students an insight to what working at Butlins could be like for them and we learnt about the Travel & Hospitality course they are currently studying, and how this can help them when they are wanting to break into the hospitality industry. We look forward to working with Sandwell College in the future.”
