Siôn Simon, the Labour candidate for West Midlands Mayor, launched his manifesto committing to 8,000 new apprenticeships for young people in the West Midlands, here at Sandwell College.
ITV cameras filmed the launch in the automotive and engineering departments of Central Campus.
