This Level 2 Award in Mentoring course is for those who currently work as a mentor, those who are interested in becoming a mentor or those who support others in some capacity. Through the course, you will:
No formal requirements but an interview with a member of the Teacher Education team is required. A good level of written and spoken English must be demonstrated at the interview.
This Level 2 Award in Mentoring qualification allows students to gain a deeper understanding of the role of a mentor and to develop the skills needed to become an effective mentor.
The course is portfolio based and all work will be submitted online. Students will cover the following units:

Assessment will be by portfolio, assignments and practical mentoring activities.
