At the end, you’ll share these insights with your tutor, showcasing your development and how you’ll apply it within your organisation. Upon completing each course, you’ll earn a ‘Certificate of Achievement’ – a tangible testament to your continuing professional development!

After completing one Bitesize programme, you may be able to sign up to another programme in the ‘Change Management’ series or to another programme in a different series.

If all programmes in a series are complete, you will then have the opportunity to complete a final assessment to gain a CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership. If you choose to pursue this option, you will be embarking on a clear pathway to gain additional qualifications such as the CMI Diploma in Management and ultimately achieve the status of becoming a Chartered Manager.

Other progression opportunities include moving on to CMI qualifications at the next level, for example, the CMI Level 6 Certificate in Professional Management and Leadership Practice or CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership.
