Course summary

Only 1 in 5 managers have a recognised management qualification and yet employers are actively looking for people with these qualifications right now! Why not join the ‘1 in 5’ and make your  CV stand out from the crowd by gaining a CMI qualification with Sandwell College? The ability to coach others is a highly sought after workplace skill; as employers are increasingly using both professional coaches to develop the skills, knowledge and performance of their employees.   Often Line Managers and Human Resource Management (HRM) staff within organisations are responsible for delivering coaching interventions, so these courses are ideal if you already have some line management or HRM experience or if you plan to become a manager or work in HRM in the future.   This course is designed to introduce individuals to the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to become professional coaches (both within organisations and/or as external contractors)

How much does the course cost?

The total fee for this course (including registration and certification) is £300. HOWEVER, if you live within ‘West Midlands Combined Authority’ region, you may be eligible to a FREE place on this course subject to certain terms and conditions.
