Sandwell College is proud to partner with the Edgbaston Foundation to launch a cricket education programme that offers the prospect of a career in the professional sports industry, whether it be as a coach, physio, marketeer or even a player. This Edgbaston Cricket Education Programme in partnership with Warwickshire CCC will give you the chance to learn and develop skills for a range of careers within the game.
You'll need four GCSEs at Grade 4/C and above, including English and Maths, although lower entry qualifications may be accepted if you do further study alongside the programme. You'll be required to purchase a college sports uniform, which you'll be expected to wear during all lessons at college.
The programme will offer the unique opportunity to train and play cricket at the world-famous Edgbaston Stadium and learn from professional coaches, staff and players at Warwickshire County Cricket Club, one of the leading professional cricket clubs in the country.
