This course is suitable for school leavers wanting to progress to the Level 3 Creative Media Practice course and pursue a career in film and television.
You will need a Level 1 qualification or 3/4 GCSEs at Grade 3/D.
In this course you will learn the fundamentals of film-making and develop practical skills and techniques to use visual and audio recording equipment to make film and media for a variety of purposes. You will learn how to use professional software to edit footage and sound to create imaginative professional-looking films and build a portfolio of work through completing project briefs.
You could progress to the Level 3 Creative Media Practice course.
