Kaven Judge has landed his place on the highly prestigious KPMG apprenticeship programme in the face of intense competition.
The Central Sixth student, who previously attended Wodensborough Ormiston Academy, achieved an amazing hat-trick of A grades in his Accounting, Business and Economics AS Levels in the summer.
Kaven applied for the six-year higher apprenticeship, starting in October 2018, and was thrilled to be offered a place with one of the world’s leading professional services firms.
He is confident of attaining and bettering the BCC grades necessary to claim his place.
Kaven will be earning a salary and supported to achieve his Accounting & Finance degree and professional accountancy qualification during his higher apprenticeship.
He said: “I applied after my accounting lecturer told me about the scheme. It’s a really competitive assessment with a two-week wait to find out the result, so I was so happy to be accepted.”
