Parliamentary candidates battling for General Election success were put on the spot by Sandwell College A Level students.
A hustings event was organised at Central Sixth, where prospective MPs for the West Bromwich East constituency answered tough questions posed by the audience of sixth formers.
Conservative candidate Olivia Seccombe, Steve Latham from UKIP, a Green Party representative for Barry Lim, and incumbent Labour MP Tom Watson, joined the panel chaired by head of sixth form studies Dr David Craik.
Dr Craik said: “The hustings event went off really well. The candidates remarked on the intelligent contributions and engagement levels of the students. A top event!”
