SWAPs are our new Sector-based Work Academy Programmes, designed to provide you with invaluable and essential experience in specific industries.
Current SWAPs enable you to embark on exciting new careers with employers including the NHS, Civil Service, National Express and Trust in Care.
As many as 50 vacancies for administrative officer roles with the Civil Service are now ready to fill.
If you are aged 19 or over and looking for work, we have bus and coach driving opportunities with National Express ready for you to make the SWAP in your career.
